This can make it difficult for software engineers to stay up-to-date with the latest tools and techniques. It can also lead to issues with maintaining legacy systems.
  3. Managing team dynamics and communication. A huge part of being successful in software engineering is coordinating and communicating effectively with team members who may have different levels of expertise, work styles, and goals. This can often be a huge problem, especially for new and introverted software engineers.
  4. Dealing with tight deadlines and changing requirements. Software engineering is often a very fast-paced profession with new bugs to be fixed, features to be rolled out, and much more.
